Sheets Dialer is designed so your CSV and calling workflow stay mostly in your browser. This policy explains the data involved.

Information you provide

You may provide a Twilio Account SID and Auth Token during setup, a CSV lead list, notes, call outcomes, and caller ID selections. Twilio credentials are sent to the setup endpoint only to provision Twilio Functions for your account.

Local browser storage

Sheets Dialer stores Twilio Function URLs, the shared function secret, cached Twilio phone numbers, and selected Caller ID in your browser local storage. Your uploaded CSV rows and notes are kept in the browser session until you download or leave the page.

Third-party services

The app uses Twilio for voice calling and Twilio account phone number lookup. The app may use PostHog analytics when configured, to understand product usage such as setup, CSV upload, and call workflow events.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to calling, recording, consent, do-not-call rules, and your handling of lead data.
