By using Sheets Dialer, you agree to use it responsibly with your own Twilio account and your own calling permissions.

Acceptable use

You may use Sheets Dialer to call contacts from CSV files where you have the right to contact those people. You may not use it for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, or spam calling.

Calling compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with TCPA, do-not-call rules, consent requirements, Twilio policies, and any other laws or rules that apply to your calls.

Bring your own Twilio account

Calls are placed through your Twilio account. You are responsible for Twilio charges, phone number configuration, caller ID use, and account security.

No warranty

Sheets Dialer is provided as-is without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing exported CSVs and validating that the workflow meets your needs.
